Yes. We are a complete design-and-build company, meaning we create the concept, finalise materials, and execute everything with our in-house team until handover.
What kind of projects do you take up?
We specialise in residential interiors villas, apartments, and independent houses. Whether it’s a single kitchen or a full home makeover, we customise based on your scope and budget.

What is the typical project timeline?
Most interior projects take 6 – 10 weeks after design approval, depending on size, materials, and scope. We share a clear schedule and update progress daily.
Do you work on projects outside Chennai?
Yes. While our base is in Chennai, Dezine & Build operates across Tamil Nadu and Tier-2 cities through our channel partner network.
Do you take up only modular interiors?
No. We specialise in both modular and customised carpentry work depending on design requirements. Hybrid models (factory + site fabrication) are also available.
How is the cost calculated for interiors?
Cost depends on area, material grade, and design complexity. We provide a transparent per-sqft quotation with complete item-wise breakup no hidden charges.
What materials and brands do you use?
We work only with verified and branded materials like Greenply, Century, Hettich, Ebco, Jaquar, and Saint-Gobain, ensuring durability and warranty support.
Do you coordinate with existing civil or renovation work?
Yes. That’s one of our biggest strengths. We integrate civil and interior works, aligning electrical, plumbing, and structural changes with the design to save time and rework.
How do payments work?
Payments are milestone-based typically divided into design approval, material procurement, installation, and handover. Each stage is documented for clarity.
Will I get daily updates from the site?
Yes. Your dedicated site engineer uploads daily photos, progress reports, and material checklists to your dashboard or WhatsApp group.
What quality checks are done during execution?
Each stage carpentry, painting, electrical, and polishing is inspected by our project manager and architect for finish, alignment, and safety standards.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
All fittings and materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties, and Dezine & Build provides a Five year warranty on execution.
What if I only need design services without execution?
We offer Design-Only Packages handled by our architectural division. You’ll receive complete drawings, 3D visuals, and BOQs that can be executed by your contractor.
Can you work with my preferred vendor or supplier?
Yes, if they meet our quality standards and agree to follow our supervision and safety protocols during execution.
How do you ensure timelines are maintained?
We plan in advance with clear procurement cycles, weekly targets, and daily reporting. Any delay is
communicated immediately with revised dates and reasons.
What happens after handover?
We provide a post-handover service visit and support for any minor adjustments. You’ll also receive a full handover kit with warranty cards and maintenance instructions.
