Welcome to Dezine and Build’s Refer & Earn Program. By participating, you help your friends and family discover quality residential design and construction, and enjoy exclusive rewards for your trust and advocacy.
Referral Program Benefits
For the Referee (Person Being Referred):
Exclusive Vouchers
Receive a 25% discount voucher on Modular Kitchen & Furniture design services from Dovetail Theory, and a 25% discount voucher on balcony and landscape design services from Invert Balcony.
Eligibility
Vouchers are issued once the referee pays a minimum of 5% of the total project value or construction officially commences whichever occurs first.
Voucher Use
Each voucher is valid for six months from project start, for use exclusively with the indicated partner service.
Combo Benefit
Clients opting for both Dovetail Theory and Invert Balcony along with Dezine and Build construction may qualify for special combo discounts.
For the Referrer (Person Making the Referral):
Cash Reward
Up to 30,00,000 INR
Reward: 15,000 INR
30,00,001 - 40,00,000 INR
Reward: 20,000 INR
Above 40,00,000 INR
Reward: 25,000 INR
- Reward Disbursement: Cash back is processed within 14 days following the completion of the ground floor slab.
Program Participation and Eligibility
Offers valid only in cities where Dezine and Build operates.
Unlimited referrals allowed per year.
All rewards and discounts are credited through direct bank transfer
Vouchers and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the program.
Project Definitions & Key Milestones
Successful Conversion
Discount vouchers applied after eligibility criteria are met.
Milestone-Based Rewards
Offers valid only in cities where Dezine and Build operates.
Service Engagements
Primary Agreement
With Dezine and Build.
Partner Agreements
With Dovetail Theory or Invert Balcony as applicable.
Discounts and Combinability
- Referral discounts and promotional vouchers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
- Combo offers must be discussed at project initiation.
Program Modifications
- Dezine and Build reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program without notice.
User Responsibilities
- Accurate information required
- Compliance with applicable laws.
- Participation must be in good faith.
Limitation of Liability
- Each brand is responsible only for its own contracted services.
Warranty & Service Quality
- 10-year structural warranty provided under the project's Master Agreement.
- Separate warranties apply for interior and balcony/landscape services.
Data Usage & Privacy
- Consent required for communications
- Privacy policy compliance ensured.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- Governed by Indian law.
- Exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
- Arbitration if necessary.
General Provisions
- If any provision is invalid, the rest continue.
- Entire agreement between participant and Dezine and Build.
